World Cup Qualifiers, MLS and WPS on TV

Soccer from around the world on Fox and ESPN

TV coverage for the South Africa 2010 World Cup qualifying resumes this weekend on Fox Soccer Channel and ESPN.

Fox is showing four matches with Slovenia vs Czech Republic being probably the most exiting of them.

ESPN’s main feature is the match between USA and El Salvador.

MLS Saturday on FSC is back with the East Coast derby between New England Patriots vs New York Red Bulls.

Fox will start another tradition on Sunday with WPS Sunday on FSC. Ladies’ Professional Soccer is back with new league called WPS ( Women’s Professional Soccer)and Fox will televised their Sunday matches. The League has seven teams and expects to have ten teams by 2010.

The inaugural match will be on March 29 at The Home Depot Center in Carson, CA where the Los Angeles Sol will host Washington Freedom.

The results of the weekend’s action will be posted after Sunday’s last match. Enjoy the show.
