Liverpool Ties With Hull City

Standings in English Premier League, Italian Serie A, Spanish Primera Liga, German Bundesliga and French Ligue 1after December 14.

Liverpool managed to only draw at home with newcomers Hull City, 2-2. The tie kept them in the top spot of Premier League, one point ahead of second Chelsea.

Inter Milan beat Chievo 4-2 in a match where Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored two goals. This was Milan’s seventh straight win and their are leading the Serie A by six points.

Hoffenheim will spend the winter break in the lead of Bundesliga standings. They only tied 1-1 with Schalke who were two men down because of a red card.

Real Madrid’s suffering continue with another loss this time to their nemesis Barcelona. Real is in sixth place with 12 points behind the leader Barcelona.

The clash between the first and second teams in Ligue 1 ended in a draw. Marseille, Bordeaux and Paris St. Germain all trailing the leader Lyon by three points.
