Judging from the way things are going these days, more and more people are living month to month on their salaries without a safety net. One of the greatest reunions in the musical world has to be the Police, the 1980’s three piece band with Jazz, Reggae, and Punk influences featuring the renowned Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland. The reunion is on and the concerts have been extended through 2008.

The Police was started by the drummer Stewart Copeland back in 1977, guitarist Henry Padovani was part of the band briefly at the beginning, but then Andy Summers became the main guitarist, and Sting the very talented songwriter became the main songwriter for the Police, and there it remained until they broke up back in the mid 1980’s after the release of the Synchronicity album.
